A Design Defect of Kampf Conslit II

In the designing of Kampf slitter rewinder model Conslit II, there is an obvious design defect. The location of the scanner head of web controller.

As a professional manufacturer, we believe that the closer the scanner to the parent roll, the better it would be for the deviated material to be shifted into right position.

As a comparison, the location of the web controller scanner for the slitter rewinder designed by Juyou Intelligent is moved closer to the parent roll. This designing would make the scanner around 1m closer to the parent roll, in comparison to Kampf Conslit II.

In this way, the Juyou slitter rewinder system (the web controller) would take the correction action to the deviated web 0.12 seconds earlier than the Kamp Conslit II web controller. (Assume that the machines run at 500m/min). If the correcting action to the deviated web is earlier, the evenness of the finished reel would be better guaranteed.
