Film slitter rewinder

Film slitter rewinder is a machine for slitting BOPP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and other film materials. The machine structure is reasonable compacted and sits on stable base.

The slitter rewinder for film consists of unwinding mechanism, slitting mechanism, rewinding mechanism, functional roller, tension control, web guide, sensors. The basic processes are: parent reel unwinding, the web goes through the even press roller, tension detection roller, feeding roller, web guide in sequence. Then, the film web would be slitted into customized width and rewind.

This machine uses PLC and Magnetic Powder Clutch to control the tension.
